Land in Petersfield is to be auctioned with a guide price of £10,000 - £12,000.

The freehold site on the north side of Station Road is among 173 lots listed in southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers, a member of Portsmouth Property Association.

With bidding live from 48 hours beforehand, the firm’s latest online auction concludes on 5 November.

 Joe Rocks, auction appraiser, said: 'This freehold parcel of land is situated just off Station Road, close to the centre of the town with all the shops, schools and other local amenities on offer.

'Petersfield railway station is a short distance away, with mainline connections to London, Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton.

'The site is approximately 0.20 acres and offers a variety of potential uses or redevelopment opportunities, subject to all necessary consents being obtainable.'
