Nine new faces have arrived through the doors in the opening three weeks of the market as John Mousinho looks to assemble a squad capable of achieving promotion.
While there have been plenty of additions to the squad, there have been 18 names linked with a move to Fratton Park.
With so many names reportedly on the Blues’ radar, we’ve taken a look at every name tipped with a switch and their current situations.
Here’s what we found.

13. Ali Koiki
The left-back was out of contract at the end of the season and was linked with a move to Fratton Park by Football Insider. Despite reported interest from the Blues, Wycombe and Aberdeen, the left-back opted to pen new terms with Northampton. Photo: Pete Norton

14. Aaron Nemane
The Notts County winger was tipped with a move to Fratton Park following their promotion to from the National League. Although The Mirror claimed Pompey were joined by Cardiff in the hunt for the 25-year-old, it has since emerged he isn’t under consideration for swoop. He has instead penned a new deal with the Magpies. Photo: Laurence Griffiths

15. Sam Smith
Prior to the season’s conclusion, he was earmarked as an early attacking option at Fratton Park. Despite being released by Cambridge at the end of the campaign, the Blues cooled their interest in the 25-year-old. A move now looks to be off the cards, with three front men now in Mousinho’s ranks.
