Nine new faces have arrived through the doors in the opening three weeks of the market as John Mousinho looks to assemble a squad capable of achieving promotion.
While there have been plenty of additions to the squad, there have been 18 names linked with a move to Fratton Park.
With so many names reportedly on the Blues’ radar, we’ve taken a look at every name tipped with a switch and their current situations.

9. Harvey Blair
Pompey, Leyton Orient and Aberdeen were all tipped with a move for the Liverpool youngster, according to Football Insider. 10. Matt Pennington
Various reports linked the defender to Pompey after he failed to pen a new deal with Shrewsbury. Those rumours appeared wide of the mark, though, and the centre-back instead made the move to Blackpool in the opening weeks of the window. Photo: Nathan Stirk
11. Lee Bonis

The News linked the goalkeeper with a switch to Fratton Park in May as the Blues looked for options away from Macey. Indeed, those rumours proved correct, with the keeper making the permanent switch to PO4 following his exit from Burnley.
