Nine new faces have arrived through the doors in the opening three weeks of the market as John Mousinho looks to assemble a squad capable of achieving promotion.
While there have been plenty of additions to the squad, there have been 18 names linked with a move to Fratton Park.
With so many names reportedly on the Blues’ radar, we’ve taken a look at every name tipped with a switch and their current situations.
Here’s what we found.

17. Christian Saydee
The striker spent a period on trial at Pompey last summer, with Danny Cowley opting against a move for the Bournemouth man. Instead, he spent last season on loan at Shrewsbury, where he scored seven goals. Prior to the opening of the window, Football Insider reported the Blues were interested in the 21-year-old. It proved true, with Saydee arriving on the opening day of the window on a permanent deal. Photo: Portsmouth FC

18. Terry Devlin
The News reported in June that Pompey were a host of clubs interested in the Glentoran midfielder. Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Oxford and Stoke were also tipped to sign the 19-year-old. However, it was the Blues who won the face as he made the move for an undisclosed fee. Photo: Portsmouth FC

19. Ossama Ashley
The Daily Telegraph claimed in June that the Colchester midfielder was on the radar of Pompey, Oxford, Salford and MK Dons and was believed to be valued at £150,000. But it was the Ammies who won the race for the 23-year-old and penned a two-year deal with the League Two side. Photo: Jan Kruger
