John Mousinho has spoken about ‘difficult decisions and difficult conversations’ as he weighs up changes during a gruelling period of three games in six days.
Here’s how we think the Blues could line up for tonight’s clash with that fellow Championship strugglers.

9. CB Freddie Potts
Proving a popular summer signing and capped his fifth successive start with the equaliser against QPR. Certainly appears very comfortable at this level and has established himself as a regular in the centre of midfield. Photo: Jason Brown

10. Christian Saydee
Christian Saydee operated as one of two in attack at QPR and, should Mousinho want to make a change, could well keep his place - with Mark O’Mahony instead making way. Certainly his physicality away from home can be a huge asset. Photo: Jason Brown

11. Callum Lang
Is enjoying an excellent start to the season, despite missing three matches through injury. Pompey’s top scorer has four goals in eight appearances, while he also set up Freddie Potts at QPR. A must-start. Photo: Jason Brown

12. ST Kusini Yengi
Having been eased into the team with a 19-minute cameo off the bench at QPR in his comeback following injury, there is a temptation to throw him in at Cardiff. O’Mahony had a quiet afternoon at Loftus Road, so could be the one to make way. Photo: Rhianna Chadwick
