Construction is gathering pace at the former Pounds Scrapyard which will soon become the site of hundreds of new builds.
The landmark Portsmouth site is being redeveloped by housing association VIVID, which will create 835 homes over the next five years as part of the wider transformation of Tipner East.
The development will consist of apartment blocks ranging from two-storeys to ten-storeys high, with the largest at the northern most point of the site. Among the new homes, the site will also offer approximately 250 affordable properties to rent or buy.
