“The most wonderful time of the year has arrived" - Whitely Shopping Centre's magical Christmas transformation begins
Whiteley is undergoing a magical transformation as the festive season arrives at the popular shopping centre.
Alongside its usual sparkling lights and decorations, it will be holding a number of events in the run up to the big day to get shoppers in the Christmas spirit.
This includes a magical appearance from the Wickedly Fun Witchy Duo who will be at Whiteley this Saturday (November 22) between 11am and 4pm for its Wishmas event. Visitors will also be able to enjoy face painting, fun fundraising games (on behalf of Genie’s Wish Charity), as well as meeting The Big Blue Dog and The Elf.
Throughout the festive period there will be live performances from local choirs, bands and musical ensembles, including Live Jazz Band, Gosport and Fareham Orchestra and Whiteley Primary School Choir.

From live music and artisan markets to family-friendly entertainment, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this Christmas.

Across numerous weekends in November and December there will also be an artisanal market set up outside Cineworld organised by Funyard Events. It will offer a range of handmade arts and crafts, unique gifts, independent food producers and seasonal treats.
