It’s not been three weeks since the Blues’ season came to and end, but a host of players have already been linked with a move to Fratton Park.
As a result, News reporters Jordan Cross and Sam Cox sat down and discussed every name touted to join Danny Cowley’s side to date.
Figures from the Premier League down to the National League have been mooted as potential signings – with varying degrees of truth to each rumour.
Here’s what they had to say on each individual.
13. Luke Molyneux - Hartlepool
Cross said: 'He cleaned up at the end of season awards and he's probably their biggest asset. I think he's got around 12 goals and has played most of his football now through the middle. I know Danny Cowley has watched him and it appears Luke Molyneux is one on the radar as well. He has that, kind of, raw potential and is young enough to develop and probably fits the remit of players on the rise they want.' Photo: Will Matthews
14. Lynden Gooch - Sunderland
Cox said: 'When speaking to people from the Sunderland end, they were surprised to see clubs circling already, when they're in the midst of the play-offs. Gooch started both semi-final legs against Sheffield Wednesday and Alex Neil seems to be an admirer of him, so it would be surprise to see it come through.
