Supended duo Andre Dozzell and Callum Lang means he’ll have to reshuffle his pack slightly after making minimal changes to his starting XI in recent games as the Blues show the type of form that could get them out of relegation trouble.
Both players are important cogs in the Pompey machine and have formed part of the spine that has served the Blues well since defeat to Sheffield Wednesday.
Despite a continuously lengthy injury list added to by Mark O’Mahony this week, Mousinho does have options. The question is: who does he turn to as he looks to carry forward the momentum that has been slowly bulding at Fratton Park?
Here’s what we think the head coach will do for tonight’s game.

5. Centre-back 2: Marlon Pack
Andre Dozzell's one-match ban means the Pompey skipper could return to his more familiar centre of midfield position. Yet Pompey have only one won game this season with the skipper operating in the engine room. The Blues' have also improved their defensive stability with the skipper in the back line. There'll be less upheaval if he remains as Poole's centre-back partner. | National World

6. Left-back: Connor Ogilvie
The former Gillingham man put in another solid shift against Bristol City to prove he's steadily adapting to Championship football. Will have his work cut out tonight, though, against the likes of Marcelino Nunez down Norwich's right flank. | National World

7. Centre midfield 1: Freddie Potts
The on-loan West Ham midfielder has been quietly going about his job in recent games with great effect. Hopefully, inheriting a new midfield partner doesn't cause too much disruption in Pompey's engine room. | National World

8. Centre-midfield 2: Owen Moxon
The former Carlisle man gets the nod to start against Norwich, which will be his first in the Championship. He'll need to adapt quickly to the situation, though. Opposite number Kenny McLean seemed royally angered by his side's surprise defeat at QPR on Saturday. A big test await Moxon. Hopefuly he can take his chance after being on the fringes for the majority of the season to date. | National World
