Championship football is back on the agenda after the two-week international break and the season’s climax is on the horizon.
Pompey make the trip to Norfolk on Friday to face 10th-placed Norwich City bidding to move clear of the relegation zone at a crucial time of the campaign.
The fight for survival is well-and-truly on, with the Blues sitting just one point above the bottom three - but do hold a game in hand on their rivals.
John Mousinho will be looking for a much-improved showing from his troops, having slumped to a 6-1 thrashing at the hands of QPR last-time out.
The Blues will, though, be without Ebou Adams, who is expected to miss the next three matches with a knee issue, while Keshi Anderson is poised to complete his comeback from a hamstring injury.
Here’s how we think Mousinho’s men could line-up at Carrow Road on Friday hoping for a valuable three points.

9. RW: Gustavo Caballero
Caballero returns to Fratton Park with a much-needed boost in confidence, having score his first senior goal for Paraguay this week. Caballero is likely to be one of a handful of changes made by Mousinho and Carrow Road. | Chris Foxwell/ProSportsImages

10. CM: John Swift
There were plenty of questions as to why Swift wasn't deployed in a more advanced role at QPR, despite being one of the Blues' only real attacking threats. The 30-year-old has looked at his best in his more-natural number 10 role this season. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

11. LW: Millenic Alli
Alli has been incredibly poor at Fratton in recent weeks, with Mousinho putting his downwards turn in form down to tiredness. Having been called up to the Republic of Ireland squad for the first time during the international break, that should offer the 26-year-old some timely confidence heading into the crucial run-in. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages

12. ST: Colby Bishop
Rewind the clock 12 months and Bishop netted a hat-trick in the Blues' 5-3 victory at Carrow Road. Since then, though, the Magic Man has scored just three league goals, with his confidence in front of goal at rock bottom. Having been taken out of the starting line-up in the past two matches prior to the international break, the 29-year-old will play a vital part in the Blues' survival bid in the coming weeks. | ProSportsImages
