Championship action is coming thick and fast for Pompey, who are back in action on Saturday afternoon.
The Blues round off another hectic week, which has seen them pick up just one point in their previous two matches.
John Mousinho’s men will be looking to head into the latest international break on a winning note and face a Hull City side, who sit eighth in the table at present.
Could that be on the cards for the trip to the MKM Stadium on Saturday, or does the Blues boss revert to a familiar style?
Here’s how we think Pompey could shape-up this weekend.
9. LWB: Jordan Williams
Replaced the injured Connor Ogilvie in midweek and was sensational in an unnatural left-wing-back role. Williams and Josh Murphy were a huge threat down the left flank for Pompey and with Ogilvie ruled out, Mousinho has confirmed the former Barnsley man would be the most likely option to slot in. | Dennis Goodwin/ProSportsImages

10. CAM: Conor Chaplin
Although it wasn’t the complete performance from the Ipswich Town loanee, there were glimpses of quality on Wednesday, in what was a much-needed confidence boost. The 28-year-old looked more at home behind Colby Bishop but is still in need of a goal. | Steve Bailey/ProSportsImages

11. CAM: Minhyeok Yang
Mousinho has huge doubts whether Murphy could be fit enough to start after playing a full 90 minutes for the first time since his return from an ankle injury. Minhyeok is waiting in the wing and is a natural replacement for the 30-year-old. Photo: Graham Hunt
12. ST: Colby Bishop
Bishop had a stronger showing in midweek and was a handful for the Wrexham backline. Although the Magic Man did squander a chance before half-time, his unselfish hold-up play brought Murphy and Chaplin into the game to create opportunities for the Blues. | Graham Hunt/ProSportsImages
