Ruthless Portsmouth boss makes seven changes against Wrexham after Birmingham City debacle
John Mousinho rips up his Pompey side for tonight’s Championship clash with Wrexham
Ruthless John Mousinho has made seven changes to the side responsible for the Birmingham City debacle.
The Blues head coach had promised there would be consequences for that 4-0 hammering - and just three outfield players have kept their place against Wrexham this evening.
Josef Bursik, Ibane Bowat, Regan Poole and Andre Dozzell are the sole survivors from that St Andew’s thumping, with Mousinho overseeing a large-scale overhaul of his starting XI following three successive defeats.

Josh Knight, Connor Ogilvie, Terry Devlin, Luke Le Roux, Conor Chaplin, Josh Murphy and Colby Bishop are all handed recalls against the Red Dragons.
That sees Marlon Pack, Jordan Williams, Minhyeok Yang, Mackenzie Kirk, John Swift, Hayden Matthews and Mark Kosznovszky drop to the bench.
In addition, Mousinho’s men are expected to line up in a 3-4-3 formation, with Poole, Knight and Bowat forming the back three, while Devlin and Ogilvie are to operate as the wing-backs.
Ben Killip and Zak Swanson are the only unchanged players among the substitutes from Saturday.
Pompey: Bursik, Poole, Knight, Bowat, Devlin, Ogilvie, Dozzell, Le Roux, Chaplin, Murphy, Bishop.
Subs: Killip, Williams, Swanson, Matthews, Pack, Swift, Bianchini, Minhyeok, Kirk.
