Pompey are braced for another busy summer in the transfer window after they secured their Championship safety.
The Blues completed their quest for survival on Tuesday, despite their defeat to Coventry City, as they hold an unassailable seven-point advantage over 22nd-placed Oxford United.
Pompey currently have 37 first-team members - including loanees - on the books at Fratton Park, with tough decisions to be made over the futures of some heading into the upcoming transfer window.
Among those, six are without a deal - at present - beyond this season, while the Blues could look to sell or loan out others with another rebuild on the cards.
We’ve taken a look at the 18 players whose futures are under the spotlight the most ahead of the summer as preparations begin for next term.

5. Aji Alese - End of loan
Alese has had a disastrous loan stay, with his Fratton Park stint cut short prematurely after suffering a quad injury just minutes into his debut in February. The centre-back promptly returned to Sunderland to undergo treatment and that is likely to be the last we see of the defender in a Pompey shirt. | Portsmouth FC

6. Hayden Matthews - Loan
Matthews’ game-time has been limited during the second half of the season, with his last outing coming against Bristol City on New Year’s Day. Despite returning from an ankle injury in late February, the Aussie has been overlooked at the heart of defence, having been left out of all of the previous eight squads. There is no doubting the 21-year-old has potential and still has three-years to run on his current terms. 7. Ibane Bowat - Sell/loan
The 2024 arrival has become a recent fan favourite after netting a huge goal in Pompey's survival showdown against relegation rivals Leicester City. However, appearances have been few-and-far between for the 23-year-old this term, having amassed just 16 outings to date. Bowat is, of course, heading into the final 12 months of his three-year deal and will no doubt be looking to gain regular first-team minutes. | Getty Images

8. Jacob Farrell - Loan
Farrell is currently out on loan in his native Australia, where he is enjoying a positive stint with Western Sydney Wanderers. The left-back has amassed seven A-League outings to date following his winter switch.
