65 fabulous photos of valiant Portsmouth faithful at Fratton Park in FA Cup defeat to Arsenal

Pompey were knocked out of the FA Cup at the first hurdle on Sunday afternoon as they put in a gutsy display against Premier League leaders Arsenal.

Colby Bishop put the Blues ahead after three minutes before the Gunners quickly responded from a set piece, which was turned in by the unfortunate Andre Dozzell.

A hat-trick from Gabriel Martinelli put the contest to bed, with his efforts ensuring Mikel Arteta’s men booked their spot in the fourth round with a 4-1 triumph.

The Fratton faithful made their voices heard throughout the afternoon, with 20,611 in attendance at PO4.
