John Mousinho has spoken about ‘difficult decisions and difficult conversations’ as he weighs up changes during a gruelling period of three games in six days.
Here’s how we think the Blues could line up for tonight’s clash with that fellow Championship strugglers.
17. Sub 5: Abdoulaye Kamara
Impressed in occasional cameos off the bench, yet the 19-year-old remains inexperienced in senior football and this may not be the game for him. Photo: Jason Brown
18. Sub 6: Mark O'Mahony
Has impressed since arriving from Brighton, with two goals in the last three matches. Although this may be a game he sits out as Mousinho freshens it up. Photo: Jason Brown
19. Sub 7: Terry Devlin
Back involved in the team for the first time since August with substitute options missing at QPR. Came on in the 81st minute and likely to be on the bench again. Photo: Jason Brown
20. Sub 8: Paddy Lane
Started the season as a regular either on the right flank or as the number 10, but has dropped to the bench in the last two matches. Photo: Jason Brown
