And it’s shaping up into a critical period of recruitment for Pompey and their Championship hopes.

The sort of opportunity you would expect Pompey are looking to explore. The 22-year-old has picked up good Championship experience with Blackburn since moving to Bournemouth for £1m from Fleetwood two years ago. 15. Tyler Bindon
The 19-year-old Reading defender is attracting a lot of admiring glances from suitors with Blackburn said to be among those interest. Contract reportedly up this summer, too, meaning there’s every chance the New Zealand talent will be on his way in January if the Royals want a fee. | Getty Images
