Coach with children involved in crash with lorry and car
Police have given an update after a coach carrying children was involved in a crash with a tipper truck and a car on the M27.
Long delays were reported following the incident around 9.30am on the westbound carriageway near junction 4. Two lanes were blocked while recovery work was carried out.

Hampshire police have said only the coach driver was hurt - with them suffering a minor leg injury. A spokesperson previously said: "We were called at 9.35am with reports of a three vehicle collision on the M27 westbound involving a car, a coach and a tipper truck near junction 4.
"The coach was carrying a number of children, none of whom were injured. An adult on the coach sustained a minor leg injury. There are expected to be delays on the M27 while the affected vehicles are recovered."
The force has now said no one has been arrested following the incident.
National Highways previously said said: “Lanes 3 & 4 (of 4) remain closed westbound on the M27 in Hampshire between J5 Eastleigh and J4 Chilworth following a traffic collision. Recovery services are in attendance and recovery is now underway. There are currently delays of 15 minutes against expected travel times.”
The authority has now reported the M27 is open. “There are no significant delays on approach,” they said.
However AA Traffic News is reporting another traffic incident nearby following the reopening. “Partially blocked due to stalled vehicle on M27 Westbound from J7 A334 Charles Watts Way (Hedge End) to J5 A335 Stoneham Way (Southampton Airport / Eastleigh). Traffic is coping well. Lane one (of four) partially blocked,” the AA said.
