£3,500 necklace hidden in Portsmouth by My Dog Sighs for Easter treasure hunt still not found
Treasure hunt continues as £3,500 necklace revealed to still be missing
While thousands of pieces of artwork were found during My Dog Sighs Portsmouth treasure hunt, the artist has revealed that a high value flagship item is still undiscovered.
In a collaboration with master goldsmith Charlotte Cornelius, My Dog Sighs designed a necklace for the treasure hunt. After no one had posted claiming to have found it, the artist went back to where he left it.

He said: “We know it hasn't been claimed. But when I went back to check… I couldn’t find it either. It’s definitely still out there, which makes it even more exciting. I might have to start dropping more clues to make sure it’s found, I’d love to see it being worn.”
The one-of-a-kind necklace was the flagship piece of the £100,000 free art giveaway. Ever since the official hunt finished on Sunday, April 5, optimistic art lovers have been trawling the beach hoping to find any last remaining pieces. News that the big prize is still out there unaccounted for is sure to get more people out there looking.
The location of where My Dog Sighs left the piece is still being kept a mystery but more clues are expected to released as he encourages people to keep exploring and searching.
