The court was told how the 34-year-old went to Pizzalicious in Northern Road, Cosham, before flashing her breasts and her genitals from the window of the pizzeria. She then took a sign from outside and swung it at a window, breaking it in the process.

A worker from inside the pizzeria, Bozorgmehr Ebrahimi, called the police and followed her, before being assaulted by Tisdall. When police arrived, they were attacked by the defendant as well, as she kicked out at them while resisting arrest.

According to evidence from the police, Tisdall was “shouting about terrorists, and people not coming from this country” while she was being put in handcuffs. At one point, the Havant woman went into a swearing tirade too, calling the officers “ugly f***ing c****”.

Tisdall, who was wearing a red top, black coat and grey tracksuit trousers in the dock, looked down while the evidence was being given. She pleaded guilty to one count of racially aggrevated harassment, one count of threatening or abusive words or behaviour, one count of exposure, one count of assault, one count of criminal damage, and two counts of assaulting a constable.

Representing Tisdall, solicitor Mohhammed Chaudhry said: “I’m fully aware of her criminality, and that a lot of her actions in the past have been racially aggrevated. It’s my view that she suffers from significant mental health issues.

“She was released on conditional bail, and has complied with all of that. On the face of it, the offences are serious, but we have to give credit, with context to this particular defendant.

“Tisdall has been sectioned on a number of occasions in the past, when arrested by police. I suspect that these offences occurred when she was experiencing difficulties with her mental health.”

Tisdall was sentenced to an 18-month community order, with 25 rehabilitation days. She must pay a total of £300 in compensation, divided between her three victims, and is subject to a sexual offences notification for the next five years.
