WATCH: Goading teenagers steal items from Portsmouth shop and punch staff
Teenagers have been repeatedly terrorising the store
Wild teenagers were caught on CCTV running rampage in a Portsmouth shop where they helped themselves to items and punched staff during menacing visits.
Goading boys and girls repeatedly terrorised Hilsea Market on London Road, Hilsea, after walking in and out of the store and taking vapes, sweets, chewing gum and energy drinks in front of shocked staff.

The shop was under fire from the lawless troublemakers on Tuesday and Wednesday with matters escalating around 8.30pm on Wednesday when staff were smashed in the face after the latest round of thieving.
Police were called but told owner Kalpesh Jayswal they were “too busy” to attend, he told The News. Speaking of their ordeal, he said: “They come in and steal from the shop. One person holds the door open while another person walks out with things like vapes, chewing gum, chocolate and energy drinks and then they run away.
“It has been getting more serious so staff have tried to stop them. They have punched staff in the face and chest. One person had to go to hospital for a check-up.
“We don’t know if they have a knife or what they could do. They damaged the glass at the front of the shop. We called the police but they said they could not come because they were too busy.”
He added: “I don’t know where they are coming from. We don’t want any trouble, we just want to have a happy business. It needs to stop. It’s a worry it will happen again.”
A police spokesperson said: “We received several calls on 15 July of a group of youths repeatedly entering Hilsea Market to harass the shop staff and attempting to steal, and on one occasion the group stole some food and drink from the shop. Enquiries remain ongoing.”
