Matthew was due to return to the UK on April 1 but never appeared
Police are frantically searching for a man who was last seen in Europe over a fortnight ago.
Matthew, 47, from Emsworth, disappeared last month. Chichester Police said he was last spotted in Lisbon, Portugal, on March 26.

“We are working with local authorities in Portugal to locate him. He is described as 5ft 10ins tall with short grey hair.
“If you have information that could help us locate him, please call police on 101 and quote reference 771 09/04.”
