Man with tattoos on neck wanted back in jail as public warned not to approach him
A man with tattoos on his neck is wanted on recall to prison - with the public warned not to approach him.
Luke Thorpe, 35, is wanted on recall to prison with police following “various lines of enquiry to locate him”.
Thorpe has links to Newport, Ryde, and Cowes but may have also travelled off the Isle of Wight. Police have released a picture of the criminal and described him as being 5ft 10ins tall with a medium build who has brown, straight hair and blue eyes and a beard. He has tattoos on his arms and neck.
Police said: “If you have seen him, or have information regarding his whereabouts, please do not approach him and instead contact police on 999 quoting 44250511505.
“We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Luke to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and be liable for arrest themselves.”
