'I'm over the moon' - Benedict's Brunchbar opens in Waterlooville

New eatery opens aiming to be a comfortable space for everyone

A new all-day brunch spot has opened in Waterlooville serving up an extensive range of breakfast favourites.

Ben said: “I have been in the industry for 17 years and I always wanted my own place. Benedict’s has been around two years in the making to get where we are today and I have fantastic business partners in Ben and Abbie behind me. They deal with the business side of things while I am here day to day making sure the ship is running smoothly for everyone.

“We serve all the brunch favourites, including delicious pancakes which are gluten free, Benedict’s signature which is a full breakfast, and a bacon naan which is a garlic and coriander naan topped with cream cheese. watercress, poached egg and bacon.”

He said: “I’m so excited, it has been a long time coming. I have worked really hard and been here everyday for the last three months and I am over the moon to be open.

“The vibe is very chilled, somewhere where people can come and relax and spend time with family and friends and have a good time. I want it to be a place where everyone feels comfortable whether they are on their own or in a big group.”
