“Success is measured not only in exam results, but in students moving confidently on to the right destinations, whether that’s university, apprenticeships or specialist training.
"Our ambition at King's Academy Bay House is to ensure every student excels. These standout results are a reflection of that commitment.”
The score is determined by evaluating expected exam results with actual exam outcomes, providing a fair comparison of school progress. This method is generally used for A Level and key stage 4 to monitor student progression.
This achievement is one of many for the sixth form which was also recognised with the ALPS (A Level Performance System) platinum award at the end of last, recognising the education setting for its student progress made between GCSE’s and A Levels.
Mr Willis added: “We are incredibly proud of our students and staff. We provide ‘opportunity and success on a global stage,' whether through securing top apprenticeships, achieving Oxbridge success, or participating in global trips, and this is demonstrated by excellent outcomes at every stage.
“The success is also a credit to the staff. Their dedication, insight and unwavering belief in their students drive these exceptional outcomes.
Stacey Osborne, head of sixth form, said: “We couldn’t be prouder of the students or the staff, this achievement is testament to our incredible students and the fabulous team we have at King’s Academy Bay House.”
