The Coffee Cup set to in Waterlooville this week in another boost to regenerate the town centre

The family-run business is transforming the old Claire’s unit at the entrance to Wellington Way and has announced on its social media channels it will be opening in the town centre this week.

The Coffee Cup, which also has sites in Eastney and Clarence Pier in Portsmouth, is then expected to turn its attention to Hambledon Parade in Waterlooville where a second Coffee Cup in the area will also be opening.

Stewart Parsons, the area manager at Coffee Cup, previously confirmed to The News that the new Waterlooville shop will have a similar layout to their existing café in Portchester.

Its arrival in Waterlooville comes as efforts are made to regenerate the town centre.

The company opened in Portsmouth in 2007 before it branched out and opened further cafes in Portchester, Alver Valley in Gosport, and Bognor Regis.
