TEDxGosport celebrates global success one month after event

Just one month after TEDxGosport 2026, the event is celebrating an incredible milestone, with its 11 talks already surpassing 35,000 views online. Bringing together an inspiring line-up of speakers around the theme of Connection, TEDxGosport has given Gosport a global platform, sharing the town’s ideas, stories and voices with audiences around the world through the global TEDx network.

With the talks now live online, the growing number of views demonstrates the reach that ideas born in Gosport can achieve, extending the conversation far beyond the event itself and putting the town firmly on the international stage. The numbers aren’t the only reason the team is celebrating. Official TEDx feedback is in, with 97% positive feedback and scores of 10/10 across the board for event curation, delivery and vibe.

For the volunteer team behind TEDxGosport, the feedback provides a fantastic endorsement of the months of planning, preparation and collaboration that went into creating the event.

Annelies James, TEDxGosport Curator and Licence Holder, said:

“We are absolutely thrilled with the feedback from this year’s event. To see such positive feedback is a huge achievement for our volunteer team and everyone who contributed to making the event happen.

Perhaps the most exciting thing is that we’re not sitting back and celebrating for too long and we’re already planning next year’s TEDxGosport! There is so much potential to keep bringing brilliant ideas, people and conversations to Gosport and then sharing those ideas with audiences far beyond our town.

The 2026 programme featured talks covering topics including identity, connection, conflict, success, legacy, belonging and personal growth, with all 11 talks now available to watch online here - https://tedxgosport.co.uk/talks-2026/
