The free session is taking place at Langstone Business Park on June 15 from 11am to midday. This is part of a new initiative to help more people living locally with Parkinson’s to live well with the condition and improve their wellbeing.

No previous experience of using gym equipment is required and all access to gym facilities is supervised by a qualified instructor. Partners, friends and family are also welcome to attend or relax with a refreshment in the onsite cafe.

Leigh Stroud, Area Development Manager at Parkinson’s UK, said: “We are very grateful for the support from Langstone Park to host this free gym taster session.

“We hope if it proves to be successful the session will continue weekly under the supervision of a qualified instructor.  The cafe area offers a relaxing space where people enjoy refreshments whilst the gym session is taking place.”

For more information about the free taster session, please contact Leigh Stroud, Area Development Manager on [email protected] or call 07955 267 385 to reserve your free place.
