Running the Great South Run and the London Marathon to raise money for Rowans Hospice
Hello, my name is Tash and over the next year I'm taking on two incredible challenges—the Great South Run and the London Marathon—to raise money for Rowans Hospice, a charity that holds a very special place in my heart.

Rowans Hospice provided compassionate care and support to my wonderful great uncles, Michael and Barry, to our beloved Nanny Franny and my sister’s father Sean during their final days. The kindness, dignity, and comfort they received, as well as the support given to our family, is something I will never forget. At one of the most difficult times in our lives, Rowans Hospice was there for us, and I will always be grateful for the care they provided.
I would love to raise as much money as I can for Rowans who require £23,000 a DAY, to continue their wonderful work and support.

Training for and taking part in the Great South Run and the London Marathon will push me both physically and mentally, but knowing that every mile can help make a difference will keep me going. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Rowans Hospice continue its vital work, providing comfort, dignity, and care to patients and their loved ones.
Thank you for supporting me on this journey. Your generosity will help honour the memory of Michael, Barry, Fran and Sean while supporting a charity that means so much to me and countless other families.
