On the last Tuesday of every month from 10.30am–11.30am, Care UK’s Chichester Grange will be opening its doors to those living with dementia and their loved ones.

During the sessions, visitors to the Grosvenor Road home will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded people and bond over shared experiences.

The friendly team will also be on hand to provide helpful advice and signpost families to other relevant services within the community.

Guests are invited to take part in fun activities, enjoy freshly baked cakes and learn more about the care and lifestyles on offer at the home.

Nikki Burke, Home Manager at Chichester Grange, said: “We are dedicated to making a positive difference in our community, and we believe no one should ever feel alone.

“Creating strong support networks is vital, with our dementia support and friendship café designed to do just that by offering a welcoming space where people can relax, connect and enjoy each other’s company.

“We’re excited to open our doors, meet new faces and share conversations over a cup of tea and a slice of cake.”

Designed to enable residents to lead active and fulfilling lives, while also promoting independence, Chichester Grange offers full-time residential, nursing and specialist dementia care, as well as short-term respite care. The home incorporates plenty of space for leisure activities and hobbies, with luxury facilities including a cinema, hair and beauty salon, pub and stunning gardens.
