Meet the team and discover life at Bere Grove Care Home

Bere Grove Care Home in Gales Rise, Horndean, is inviting the local community to its Open Day on Saturday 17 October 2026, offering visitors the opportunity to discover more about life at the home and meet the friendly team.

Taking place from 10am to 4pm, the event will be a wonderful opportunity for local people, families and friends to drop in, take a tour of our beautiful home, find out about our life enrichment programme and enjoy refreshments and homemade cakes prepared by Nico Diodovich, Head Chef.

Visitors will also have the chance to meet the team and residents, find out more about the care available at Bere Grove, and ask any questions you may have about care for a loved one.

Graham Allen, General Manager at Bere Grove, said: “We’re delighted to be opening our doors and welcoming members of the local community to Bere Grove. Choosing care for yourself or a loved one can feel daunting, so our Open Day is a great opportunity to come along in a relaxed and friendly setting, meet our wonderful team and residents, and discover what life is like here. Come along whether you’re simply curious about the home, considering care for a loved one, or would like to find out more about our services.”

Everyone is welcome to attend the Open Day, just drop in on the day or call 023 9200 5910 to book an appointment.
