Lakeside North Harbour achieves international recognition

Portsmouth’s leading business campus, Lakeside North Harbour, has achieved international recognition after winning Silver at the Global FM Awards for its innovative workplace experience platform, My Lakeside.

The accolade follows Lakeside’s recent success at the 2025 Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) Impact Awards, where ‘My Lakeside’ won the category for Best Workplace Experience. 

Following that achievement, the project was selected by IWFM to represent the UK on the global stage. An honour that highlights the impact the platform has had on campus. 

Developed for the 130-acre business campus, My Lakeside was created to enhance occupier engagement and bring to life the campus’s core values of wellbeing, environment and community. 

The platform supports more than 60 occupiers and approximately 3,000 daily visitors by connecting people across the campus through events, workshops, networking opportunities and campus updates. 

Competing against leading projects from Australia, Abu Dhabi and Brazil, Lakeside’s success places the Portsmouth business campus among some of the most innovative workplace environments internationally.
