The Scale-Up Entrepreneur of the Year category recognises entrepreneurs who have moved beyond the start-up stage and are delivering rapid growth in revenue, employment and market reach.

Over the past 12 months, Labl.it, which is based in Southampton, has increased its workforce by 50 per cent, grown its customer base by 55 per cent and now supports more than 3,500 commercial kitchens across the UK.

Kyle Wilks, Co-Founder and CEO of Labl.it, said: "Being shortlisted for the Great British Entrepreneur Awards is fantastic recognition of what our team has built since launching the business in 2021.

“We started Labl.it because we believed there was a better way to help commercial kitchens manage food safety, replacing manual processes with technology that makes compliance simpler, more consistent and more efficient.
