Created to celebrate the personalities, creativity and hidden talents of people working across the homecare sector, Homecare’s Got Talent gives those who spend their working lives supporting others the chance to step into the spotlight themselves.

Lottie will perform for a star-studded judging panel featuring Kuill, known for appearing on The Voice UK, BBC Radio presenter Becky Measures, Jay Aston of Bucks Fizz, and acclaimed guitarist Dave Colquhoun. Together, the judges will face the difficult task of choosing this year’s winner from a line-up representing communities across the country.

Dan Archer, UK CEO of Visiting Angels and founder of Homecare’s Got Talent, said: “Every year, this competition reminds us just how much creativity, personality and confidence exists across the homecare sector. Our finalists spend their working lives caring for and supporting other people, but Homecare’s Got Talent gives us the chance to celebrate who they are beyond their day jobs.

“Lottie has already shown enormous courage by putting herself forward and earning her place in the final. We’d love people from across Gosport to get behind her, come along to Birmingham and help us give her and every performer the reception they deserve.”

HCGT 2026 is proudly supported by gold sponsors Lottie, Invoca, VCCM and Blue Light Card, alongside silver sponsors Aquatime, Jelly Drops, Supportis, SM92, Mobility Hire and the British Franchise Association. Their backing is helping to bring this year’s competition to life and amplify the voices of care professionals across the UK.

The competition is also backed by a wide network of corporate supporters from across the homecare sector, including Care Your Way, Percurra, Right at Home, Bluebird Care, Promedica24, the Homecare Association, Caremark, Radfield Home Care, CCH Group, Home Instead, Apollo Care, Heritage Healthcare, Walfinch and Visiting Angels, all encouraging carers across their teams to step forward and get involved.
