Bere Grove care home named among UK's 10 100 care homes in 2026 Lottie awards
Bere Grove Care Home, Gales Rise in Horndean, is celebrating after being named one of the UK’s Top 100 Care Homes in the prestigious 2026 Lottie Awards.
The award recognises Bere Grove as one of the leading care homes in the country, highlighting the dedication of its team and the high-quality experience provided to residents and their families.
The Lottie Awards, organised by online care-seeking platform Lottie, assess thousands of care homes across the UK using objective, data-led criteria. The 2026 awards consider seven carefully weighted categories designed to reflect the full experience of choosing and living in a care home.
The assessment includes areas such as regulator ratings, enquiry handling, facilities, activities, wellbeing and verified family reviews. Bere Grove’s inclusion among the UK’s Top 100 recognises the home’s performance across these areas. Located in Horndean, Hampshire, Bere Grove is operated by Barchester Healthcare and provides residential, dementia and respite care. The purpose-built home offers residents a welcoming environment with a range of communal spaces and facilities, including a café, cinema, games room, activity room, hair salon, bar and garden areas.
