Bere Grove Care Home celebrates three years of care, community and connection

Bere Grove Care Home, Gales Rise, Horndean is delighted to be celebrating three wonderful years of providing care, support and companionship to residents and their families and we would love the local community to join us.

To mark this special milestone, Bere Grove will be opening its doors on Tuesday 15 September, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, and inviting members of the community to join us for a relaxed afternoon of tea, cake and celebration with live music.

It will be a wonderful opportunity to meet the people who make Bere Grove such a special place, including our residents, their families, our dedicated carers and the wider team of staff who work tirelessly to provide exceptional care and support every day. 

Guests will also have the opportunity to look around our wonderful facilities, discover more about life at Bere Grove and learn about our Life Enrichment Programme. The programme plays an important role in supporting residents to enjoy meaningful experiences, make new memories, maintain connections and continue doing the things they love.

Over the past three years, Bere Grove has grown into much more than a care home. It has become a welcoming community where residents feel at home, families feel supported and staff build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people they care for.

“Three years is a wonderful milestone for Bere Grove, and we are incredibly proud of everything our residents, families and team have achieved together,” said Graham Allen, General Manager. “We wanted to celebrate by opening our doors to the wider community and give everyone the opportunity to meet the people who make Bere Grove so special, see our facilities and experience the warm and welcoming atmosphere of our home.”
