The offer forms part of Bellway’s ‘Feels like home’ campaign, which highlights the benefits of buying a new energy-efficient home and making it your own.

The campaign showcases Bellway’s refreshed look, with new branding that has been unveiled to coincide with the company’s 80th anniversary. Bellway is also celebrating having secured 5-Star Builder accreditation from the Home Builders Federation for the 10th consecutive year, and being rated excellent on Trustpilot.

Graeme Cole, Sales Director for Bellway Wessex, said: “Customers sit at the heart of every decision we take. We know that having a fresh space which they can tailor to their own style is something our buyers value highly. We also understand that people need help in different ways to make buying a new home work for them.

“Recommendations from our buyers led to us retaining our 5-Star Builder status, and customer feedback helped to shape our rebrand. Our ‘Feels like home’ campaign brings together everything that we know to be important to our customers and offers flexible incentives to enable them to make their move.”

The incentive can be used towards a deposit, as a mortgage contribution, or to personalise a home with flooring, appliances or other upgraded features.

The offers are available until the end of May on selected plots at:

·        Bellway at Boorley Gardens, Botley

·        Longfield Place, Sherfield on Loddon

Rex and Chioma Okonya bought a new four-bedroom detached house at Bellway’s Kingsmere Park in West Parley, near Bournemouth.

The family considered buying an older property, but Rex said: “Comparing prices it didn’t make sense buying an older home. This is a fresh start, and we will have less repairs and the house is a blank canvas. A new home has good insulation and a good energy rating, and so you don’t need to spend as much on fuel bills.”
