Award-winning care company celebrates double win at Hampshire Care Awards

Dolphin Homes, an award-winning care company supporting people across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey, is celebrating after two members of its team took home awards at the prestigious Hampshire Care Awards.

Emily Dridge was named winner of the Specialist Carer of the Year Award, while Isabella Lucas was named winner of the Rising Star in Care Award.

The awards recognise the dedication, compassion and commitment that Emily and Isabella bring to their roles, and the positive difference they make to the lives of the people they support.

Emily, Service Manager and Mental Health Lead at Dolphin Homes, has developed a strong reputation for her commitment to specialist support and for the difference she makes to both the people she supports and the colleagues around her. For Isabella, the Rising Star in Care award recognises the impact she has already made as a Support Worker at The Laurels, highlighting her dedication to the people she supports and her commitment to developing within her role.
