Arena Offices shortlisted for South Coast Property Award following £1m transformation of landmark Havant office
Arena Offices has been named a finalist at the South Coast Property Awards 2026, with its Langstone Gate refurbishment in Havant shortlisted for Workplace Design of the Year.
The recognition follows a £1m transformation of Langstone Gate, one of Havant’s landmark office buildings, located prominently at the entrance to the town on the corner of the A27 and Park Road South.
Originally opened by Arena Offices in 2018, the four-storey building has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme to reposition it as one of the most desirable and modern serviced office spaces on the South Coast. The centre accommodates up to 918 desks, making it a key hub for regional businesses.
Delivered in collaboration with internal design company Enenco, the refurbishment has enhanced the building from top to bottom. Upgrades include a new glass reception extension, improved exterior finishes, new decking and landscaping, planting, outdoor seating areas, and a fully equipped meeting room featuring the latest AV technology.
The project has been designed with client wellbeing at its core, creating a workspace that supports productivity, collaboration and a positive working environment.

The project builds on Arena Offices’ track record of investment across its portfolio, including the recent £12m transformation of Grosvenor House in Basingstoke, which turned a derelict office building into a flagship serviced workspace.
Winners of the South Coast Property Awards 2026 will be announced in June this year.
