12 Challenges, 2 Charities and a £5,000 Target

I'm Harry, 22, and this year I am taking on 12 different fitness challenges up and down the country to raise money for two charities very close to my heart: Parkinson’s UK & The Stroke Association. With my Nan diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease back in 2021 and my other Nan suffering from a major stroke last summer which has left her partially paralysed and unable to return home, I have set myself the target of raising £5,000.

You can find below all of the challenges I will be taking part in this year, starting in April and finishing in October:

This will be the toughest mental and physical set of challenges I have ever come up against but I am willing to stop at absolutely nothing until a cure for Parkinsons is found, stroke survivors receive the specialist care they require and other families up and down the currently going through something similar to mine are given the support they need.

Any donations no matter how big or small would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to everyone for all of the support you have shown already, please share and repost the content on my Instagram Page to spread the word as far and wide as possible:
