Music-lovers descended on a unique music and extreme sports festival.
Crowds gathered to make the most of Send It 100 festival at Pitt St. Skatepark in Commercial Road this weekend. American pop-punk band Wheatus headlined the first day, with their enduring hit Teenage Dirtbag proving popular to this day.
They joined a stacked line-up of bands and performers including Paramour, Word of Mouth, Toploader, Dave McCabe, Wilkinson, Ardee and Serum. In the backdrop of the tunes, extreme sports contests were held throughout the day.
Skaters aimed to outdo each other on the ramps by performing their best tricks and jumps. A number of international vert riders showcased their skills on Europe’s largest vert ramp, with BMX riders and inline skaters.
