Opened in August 1999, Montparnasse aimed to bring laid-back fine dining to Portsmouth and Southsea. The restaurant has a strong emphasis on using only the finest ingredients, locally sourcing the majority of its produce, using suppliers such as Buckwells and La Espanola.
