We asked our readers on Facebook where they were supposed to be travelling before the pandemic and the responses were heartbreaking.
Sun-soaked summer getaways to Hawaii, frosty encounters in the fjords and close-to-home jaunts in the Cornish countryside are among those put on hold until it is safe to travel again.
Here we take a look at the summer that would’ve been – in the hope the plans be resurrected when the time is right.
