Hundreds of people have made a beeline - or perhaps a be-lion - to the Historic Dockyard for the latest in the Portsmouth100 events marking the centenary of becoming a city.
As well as plenty of stalls and activities exploring Portsmouth’s maritime heritage, the 45 lion sculptures that were dotted over the city during the summer have come together in the same place for the first time so anyone taking part in the trail could complete the set.
The free festival, which has been organised by The Mary Rose Museum and Portsmouth Historic Quarter features talks led by the University of Portsmouth, family-friendly activities, market stalls, charity stands and live music.
The lion reunion is one of the centrepieces of the event.
