The inaugural Blenheim Palace Festival, taking place at the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Woodstock next July, continues to build an impressive first-year line-up with the latest addition to their festival: Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts.
The legendary Godfather of Grunge and Folk-Rock, Neil Young, will bring his iconic catalogue to the new Blenheim Palace Festival, headlining the final night on Friday, July 3, 2026.
Young’s appearance, which follows his celebrated headline slot at Glastonbury Festival earlier this year, promises fans a career-spanning set of classics, from 'Heart of Gold' to 'Rockin' in the Free World,' all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the palace.

The Chrome Hearts band features a stellar line-up of long-time collaborators, most notably Rock & Roll Hall of Famer, Spooner Oldham, on organ. Oldham is a legendary Muscle Shoals session musician, famed for his work on classics like ‘When a Man Loves a Woman,’ whose inclusion promises a dynamic new sound for Young’s repertoire, blending his raw, signature electric guitar work with deep, soulful roots rock.
He is joined by the rhythm section of Corey McCormick (bass) and Anthony LoGerfo (drums), alongside multi-instrumentalist Micah Nelson (guitar/vocals).
Supporting Neil Young and The Chrome Hearts is another legendary act, this time a little closer to home. Elvis Costello & The Imposters with Charlie Sexton will treat audiences to a career-spanning journey through his punk, new wave, and country catalogue, setting the stage for Neil Young on July 3, 2026.
The addition of Neil Young completes a dazzling roster of headliners, joining the previously announced, multi-genre acts, including Katy Perry, Teddy Swims, and Pete Tong’s Ibiza Classics.
