Plant-based living will be celebrated at Hampshire Vegan Festival which is returning this November - details
All things vegan will be coming to the city
Fifty stalls celebrating veganism will once again fill a leisure centre as a treasured one-day festival returns.
Hampshire Vegan Festival, previously known as Portsmouth Vegan Festival, will be making its coveted return to Hilsea’s Mountbatten Centre on Sunday, November 8, showcasing plant-based living.
The event, which will take place between 10.30am to 4.30pm, will feature over 50 vegan stalls, including a wide range of vegan food vendors offering delicious plant-based cuisine. Sweet treats, scrumptious vegan cakes, refreshing drinks and free samples will be up for grabs so guests can try before they buy.

Sustainable fashion and ethical clothing stalls, cruelty-free beauty, plant-based health tips and inspiring talks will also be present at the festival, with vegan experts attending to answer questions about the plant-powered lifestyle.
Festival organiser and founder of Vegan Events UK, Victoria Bryceson said: “Since 2017, we've been bringing the best of vegan living to communities across the UK. Our festivals offer a one-stop destination where you can discover amazing plant-based products, support small family-run businesses, and see just how delicious, accessible, and varied vegan living can be.
“Join us at our exciting Hampshire Vegan Festival Portsmouth and explore the vibrant world of compassionate living. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, want to find out more about plant-based living or a vegan lifestyle, or simply want to enjoy a great day out, everyone is welcome.”
Featured stalls will include Miracle's Mission, a non-profit animal welfare organisation that works with sick, injured and disabled animals worldwide. Its mission is to provide a place of safety for animals in danger, to educate on the needs of neutering both pets and strays and to neuter stray dogs and cats to prevent the birth of more animals onto the streets. It also rehabilitates and re-homes dogs in need, often with disabilities, from its UK rescue base.
Standard entry is £5 (under 16’s free) and VIP tickets, which will include fast track entry and a goody bag full of vegan products, samples, discounts and offers and a can of wine for over 18s.
