Gosport carer Lottie Lowther sings her way into the national final of Homecare’s Got Talent 2025

Gosport's Charlotte 'Lottie' Lowther has sung her way into the final of Homecare’s Got Talent - a national competition showcasing the amazing performance skills of UK carers.
The 30-year-old, who has worked for Right at Home Solent for 16 months, won her place with a semi-finals show-stopping rendition of Carrie Underwood’s Before He Cheats.
Now she will perform in the Grand Finale of Homecare’s Got Talent at Birmingham’s Crescent Theatre, on August 14. For tickets, from just £6.50, plus full details - CLICK HERE.
And it really will be a case of Making Your Mind Up - the panel of celebrity judges includes Bucks Fizz legends Cheryl Baker and Jay Aston, now of the THE FIZZ, along with Saffron, from Republica, EastEnders star John Partridge, The Voice UK’s Kuill, Married at First Sight’s Matt Jameson, ITV News presenter Sameena Ali-Khan and BBC Radio’s Becky Measures.
The winner will receive £1,000 in cash, an all-inclusive holiday for two, and the chance to perform with pop group THE FIZZ live on stage at Carefest 2025, a family-friendly festival honouring paid and unpaid carers with live music, games, street food, kids’ activities and more in Sheffield on Bank Holiday Monday, August 25, 2pm to 8pm - entry is free but to get online registration CLICK HERE.
Homecare’s Got Talent, now in its second year, is supported by major home care providers and all proceeds from the finale will go to the Care Workers’ Charity.

After finishing in third place in 2024, Lottie came back stronger, more determined, and more passionate than ever.
A performer since the age of nine, she now uses her voice not only to chase her dreams, but also to brighten the days of her clients and co-workers.
“Getting through to the final gives me the confidence to pursue my dream of becoming a singer,” she said. “It also means making memories with likeminded people who care for others just like I do. It’s such a special feeling.
“To win would be the icing on the cake. Sharing music with my clients brings them joy—and this whole experience has been about that. I’m just so grateful.
