Head of product innovation Martin Lister said: “We know the most memorable holidays are about much more than the places you visit. "Our 2028 programme has been carefully designed to help guests discover more of the world around them. Showcasing the very best of each destination, these sailings offer opportunities for deeper exploration and memorable experiences, helping guests uncover something new and create memories that stay with them long after they return home."

The new programme features eight new packages. The standout is a voyage to Bermuda, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico. Further sailings are planed for the Norwegian fjords, as well as a 24-night Mediterranean and Adriatic expedition exploring ten countries, with a maidan call to Igoumenitsa, Greece.

Fred. Olsen's smallest ship, Balmoral, will host the new sailings. Her smaller size enables access to narrow waterways such as the River Seine and lesser-visited ports beyond the reach of many larger vessels, including Bordeaux in France.

The wider 2028 programme features 39 sailings aboard Fred. Olsen’s fleet, departing from regional ports between January and July 2028. packages will go on sale from 8.30am on October 7. Guests who book before November 4 will have access to lower prices not available afterwards. Below are some of the trips from Portsmouth.
