Jetts Gym Portsmouth and Friends Fighting Cancer Unite for incredible charity fundraising event
Jetts Gym Portsmouth is inviting the Portsmouth community to test their endurance and raise funds for a vital local cause with 24Hour Limitless, a unique 24-hour charity fitness event.
Starting at 10am on Saturday, 28 March 2026, participants will run a 5K on the hour, every hour, finishing at 10am on Sunday, 29 March. The routes, mapped by Joel Kirby, Co-Owner of Jetts Gym, will take participants outdoors around safe and scenic paths.
The event is open to both Jetts Gym members and the public, with an entry fee of £30. Participants are encouraged to raise a minimum of £30 for Friends Fighting Cancer, helping the charity continue its work supporting families affected by cancer in the local community.

The partnership between Jetts Gym Portsmouth and Friends Fighting Cancer stems from a shared desire to support a local cause where the impact can be seen first-hand.
"We wanted to create an event that challenges our community, pushes limits, and does something meaningful at the same time," says Joel Kirby, Co-Owner of Jetts Gym Portsmouth. "Choosing Friends Fighting Cancer felt natural; they’re a local charity whose work we can see and support first-hand, and this 24-hour challenge is our way of giving back."

Friends Fighting Cancer is dedicated to supporting people affected by cancer across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. From funding essential equipment to providing emotional support and direct family assistance, their work makes a real difference. Events like 24Hour Limitless help the charity continue offering hands-on support to those who need it most.
While the 5K races are individual, participants are encouraged to run with friends, family, or colleagues. Businesses can form teams, offering a fun team-building opportunity while supporting an important cause. Teams can even create a single group donation page for easier fundraising.

The event is proudly supported by Southsea Decorating Company, a local decorating business with offices in the heart of Southsea on Albert Road. The company’s director, Ashley, was inspired by the work of Friends Fighting Cancer and wanted to show support for the local community by taking the role of main sponsor.
