GOODWOOD LIVE: All the Qatar Goodwood Festival day-five action
IT is the final day of Glorious Goodwood, but the festival is unlikely to end quietly.
Day five should be memorable throughout with the Group 1 Nassau Stakes and the Stewards’ Cup - now both sponsored by Qatar and benefitting from big prize-money increases - taking centre stage.
But there’s much more going on too - the retirement of legendary jockey an Goodwood favourite Richard Hughes after 27 years in the saddle, plus Goodwood’s first race for pure-bred Arabian horses.
The first four races are live on Channel 4 and if you want the perfect accompaniment to the TV pictures look no further than here - our live updates including tips, results, reaction and pictures.
Check this website later for reports and reaction from the final day of the festival
