Whittingham completes winger swoop
Pompey have completed the signing of winger Andy Barcham.
The 26-year-old is a free agent this summer after spending the last two years with Scunthorpe.
A former Spurs apprentice, Barcham plays on the left-hand side of midfield and was part of the Gillingham side which won the League Two play-offs in 2008-09.
He becomes the 11th player to pledge their future to Fratton Park this summer – and the seventh new face.
